Mrs. Sadé-Maria Edwards-Als combines the science of movement with the artistry of body awareness to help clients move with greater strength, confidence and ease.
Originally trained as a professional dancer, Sadé earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance (Cum Laude) from Hofstra University before pursuing her passion for therapeutic movement and rehabilitation. She is a licensed Massage Therapist, having trained at Pacific College of Health and Science in New York, with advanced training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai and Hot Stone Massage.
As one of our Pilates instructors, Sadé brings a unique perspective to every class. Her understanding of posture, alignment and movement quality helps clients build strength safely while improving flexibility, balance and body awareness. She has a calm, encouraging teaching style that allows participants of all abilities to feel supported while being appropriately challenged.
Whether you are new to Pilates, returning after injury or simply looking to move better, Sadé is passionate about helping you develop confidence in your body and discover movement that feels both strong and effortless.
She believes that every body deserves to move well, feel well and be cared for with intention.
