This dynamic Pilates class incorporates various-sized balls to enhance body awareness, improve coordination, and deepen your Pilates practice. Smaller balls will be provided, but for classes using larger stability balls, participants are asked to bring their own. Suitable for all levels, this class adds a fun and engaging twist to your Pilates routine while helping you move better and feel stronger.
